These terms apply to your use of FluentSide, operated by Achraf Ayar. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
FluentSide receives writing corrections that ChatGPT sends while you use it, and turns them into a learning record, progress reports and a daily plan of external lessons. FluentSide is currently free while in early access. Features may change, and we may add paid plans in the future; we will tell you before anything you use becomes paid.
ChatGPT and other services
Corrections are produced by ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI under its own terms. Whether ChatGPT calls FluentSide depends on your ChatGPT account and app, so not every message will be coached or saved. Recommended lessons link to third-party websites and videos that we do not control.
Your account
- You sign in with Google or Notion and are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or overload or attack it.
Your content
Your sentences remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete them at any time.
No guarantees
Corrections, explanations and level information are learning aids, not certified assessments, and may contain errors. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of FluentSide.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will change the date above and notify you of significant changes.
